Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are sorry to hear you’ve not had the best experience working at our company. While there’s always room for improvement, we highly value transparency and open communication. One example of what we do to support this is having weekly open forum sessions with our leaders. We keep these casual, anyone is free to ask tough questions and speak openly. We love that these meetings generate good discussions and debates. As for our hiring practices, we have an established process in place with multi-stage interviews where candidates will meet with multiple team members. We have set requirements for each position. While we value referrals, they represent a very small percentage of our hires. When someone refers a friend, this person is not involved in the hiring decision.
