Demand Spring is a B2B revenue marketing consultancy that's growing fast for all the right reasons - consistent and deliberate focus on BOTH client satisfaction AND employee engagement & wellbeing. As a result, client and employee NPS scores -- which are measured and shared regularly -- are the highest I've ever seen at any company I've worked for. Demand Spring has always been a work-from-anywhere business culture, so adapting to the WFH world we are all in now was already in our DNA. People here are smart, driven, compassionate and fun -- and experts at B2B growth marketing.
Cons
Covid has temporarily cancelled our twice yearly in-person gatherings. I miss those times together and can't wait to get that back.
