Pros
Good benefits, work life balance, interesting products and good people.
Cons
Extremely mismanaged at the highest levels. It would be comical to watch them fumble around if it didn't effect livelihoods of so many people. Due to a complete lack of understanding about how engineering works, they ran a successful company like DePuy Mitek into the ground. Recently there was a layoff, where it was unclear as to why certain people who brought a lot of value to the company were let go, and people who do not bring any value whatsoever remained. Pure incompetence on so many levels.
