      Pros

      Work/life balance Great place if your coming in as upper management

      Cons

      LOW salaries (don't worry, upper management gets paid well) Women there act like children Management that micromanages Project Managers (newly implemented) They have ZERO interest in their employees and do nothing in terms of team building. Benefits are mediocre at best. Zero professional growth in the company unless you start as a Project Coordinator

      Pros

      Most of your co-workers are great.

      Cons

      Extremely unprofessional HR department. They act like high school girls. They tell confidential information to other employees who should not be privy to this information. Team members "work from home" but post on Instagram all day. Workload is not evenly delegated. There are never any consequences to their actions. Very lazy!
