Pros

I worked for the company through a third party staffing agency , When i first began working here everyone was kind and respectful , extremely family oriented, and lenient (to the employees of there choosing of course) . The owner was always around doing a little bit of everything involved in the business , it was always a joy to be around the owner . Monthly potlucks and giveaways made the obvious Revolving door syndrome of there employees a tad bit bare-able .

Cons

After working for over 35 weeks and being told week after week how appreciated and needed i was there comes the revolving door , Working for datafied will make you feel worthless because all you are to them is numbers , you can give them what they want month after month it will never be enough until you become a mindless drone copying and pasting your life away to get to there level .

Pros

The people are nice enough.

Cons

Shoddy training(a ton of information and your basically thrown into it) and impossible call numbers that must be met. They are constantly bringing in new temps. When I was there for my short time period, people came and went so fast I didn't even get to really know anybody. I myself thought I was doing a satisfactory job because my call volume was at the top of the call report. I was averaging 8 calls per hour, and the expected is 10, regardless of circumstance and how well you narrate each call in your notes. I got a call from the temp service one day and was told that my assignment was over. Just not worth the amount of stress considering what they pay. It's a shame because after being there for 3 weeks, I was really starting to get good at it and they just don't give you the time to adapt at all.

Pros

There is nothing positive to say about working for this company

Cons

You are overworked making 100 calls a day. the bathrooms are less then sanitary. the management is make up of people that train callers in one day then let them go in one week. The pay is horrible.
