Couldn't think of even a single thing here (Except that salary comes on time)

Cons

work ethics is going for a toss with poor managers and vision-less leadership. CSMs are treated as jokes with leadership that goes crazy when escalations happen (They have failed to understand that company itself has a failed tech stack and failed product leadership).

the management is blindfolded by managers who have literally no clue how to provide work life balance to employees. its like a rat race here every day with no clue how to solve a problem. The org. has become a burden for employees
