Room for advancement, department is rapidly growing, upper management is currently investing $25,000/quarter in department, relaxed work environment, GREAT relationship with top two local rental companies, consistently 10-15% lower than competition with same or better quality workmanship.
Cons
Tough hours during busy seasons, aging equipment, cramped warehouse with inhospitable atmosphere during summer, difficult clients. Compensation is on the lower side but is improving with higher value and volume jobs.
