      Good team who are knowledgeable in their respective areas. Personable company to work for.

      Cons

      Team meetings and overall vibe can feel like being in a cult at times and if you don't follow the status quo then you're ostracised

      Pros

      The organisation is really forward thinking and at cutting edge of Project and Change Delivery. The ways of working and thinking are markedly different from comparable businesses. Their people first approach really helps to create a great environment to contribute and make a difference for the client and Curium.

      Cons

      Not really a con, just something to be aware of. As a consultancy, offering a service to clients, there can be a need to be away from home a bit.
