      Pros

      It's inspiring to work with smart people. Leadership has a great vision which I have no doubt will be reached in time. Everyone share the same focus in their work ethics to put their client first and do the best possible job. Work hard play hard is a very fitting description for the Culture at this Company.

      Cons

      You should be prepared to work hard and be able to deliver on time. It's not necessarily a con, but if you're not interested in that kind of job, this is not the Place for you.

      Pros

      Positive and supporting attitude from talented co-workers and management. Good working environment with great team building activities. Being able to work with interesting clients and big brands.

      Cons

      Some growing pains and lack of structure for new employees. Good methodology but still a work in progress.
