      Pros

      - A year old gen Laptop / Mobile phone - Onsite food - Resources to learn new technology - Small team

      Cons

      - Only bunch of people in the team paid higher than rest and progress depends a lot on where you are situated - Managers hire/fire people as they see fit personally - Few of the leads are straight arrogant and rarely listen to other teammates - Internal progress is very tough given the organisation structure - You are always reminded of the fact that you are contractor and not FTE - Colleagues are either in-experienced or very rude when you seek help

      Pros

      - You get to work/interact with people around the globe. - Big tech giants are the clients so you have the opportunity to grow internally as well. - On-site perks are a big plus. - You can explore other options within the team if not satisfied with your current role. - Salary, bonus and increments are decent so not much to complain.

      Cons

      - Onboarding can be really poor, training materials are not sufficient. - You will need to adapt mostly through self learning if you have your POC/co-workers in different regions.
