Pros
Flexible hours, no limitations on territory, incredible intellectual capital for such a small company. The consultants have a broad background and can easily customize training to most industries.
Cons
Lack of collaboration because you are remote. Resources are limited so it is sometimes difficult to get help when you need it. Sales commissions are unpredictable because you are paid on net profit which is nebulous.
