      SCAM !!! Beware NO BASE SALARY

      None. They totally wasted my time.

      Cons

      The job ad says “base salary + commission “ . They then message you and remind you of this. They then verbally tell you this on phone interview BUT as soon as you show up to the in person interview totally different story!!!! I guess they are just casting a wide net to see who sticks around to make 1000 calls a week for free. Big waste of time.

      Pros

      They give you your space and don't micromanage you. You are building your own book of business that you can take with you wherever you go or sell when you retire. The owners give weekly trainings that provide useful insight on the different aspects of financial planning. You have over 100 agents you can work with to close business. Great health insurance and benefits plan.

      Cons

      You have to figure out who to work with that will be most beneficial to get the job done (when you are new) Commission only, except like $400 for 10 weeks.
