Pros

Hybrid option possible - but this has to be approved for long term. However, on some days you can inform supervisor that you are working remotely.

Cons

Not much support on health and wellness. A corporate group discounted gym membership was in place but discontinued.

Flexibility in working hybrid/ remote. Good extra perks to employees compared to other large companies. Reputable company, experience working there is good for your CV in Iceland.

Cons

Sudden inexplicable mass layoffs. There was also some subtle classism/ nepotism but hard to prove.
