Pros

Good for your CV. It is tough to land a job there. Elite group. If you have "done" Continuum, you are considered the best.

Cons

People, including senior level, continue to leave. frog, our main competitor is starting to attract our best people. HR/Talent leadership has failed this company if just for the inability to keep good people.

Pros

-great career opportunities from meeting with top notch clients. -potentially making a great impact with some projects. -hardworking people who push you and inspire you to be better. -beautiful office space.

Cons

-the company is very profit driven and little of concern about the health, personal life, and development of employees. It's almost like you're a machine who's expected to work whenever you're being asked, weekends included. -the hiring process is very selective but the pay is much below industry average. -expect to work additional hours, 50-60 hour weeks aren't rare. -management level people are very detached. -lays people off easily. -a lot of favoritism plays into who gets on what project.

Pros

Well established name as a Design Consultancy. Because of this, a talent magnet. The young talent that come to Continuum are top notch and senior level people are masters in their disciplines. Everyone truly cares about doing Great Work.

Cons

Upper level management are inexperienced in running a company. Decisions based on emotion rather than logic. Priorities are all wrong. Younger talent all lost because of leadership does not believe in retaining junior or mid-level designers. The company culture has been declining because of low morale, lack of discipline, and favoritism.
