      Toxic environment with unpaid bonuses and threats

      Pros

      None that I can think of and I worked for them for several years.

      Cons

      Drink, drugs, and don't mention Caleb to anyone. They don't pay bonuses / commission and when you ask for money owed all hell lets lose on you.

      Pros

      The guys at Continuum provided me with a great opportunity to grow in the recruitment space. I had some previous sales experience prior to this role but was new to this space. Over the years I have been exposed to a variety of different situations/scenarios which have built up my skills and experience, to the point in which I know feel I am a key part of the team. Also had the chance to earn extra commission dollars which has helped out greatly with hobbies outside of work.

      Cons

      Office location is a distance for me to get to. With that said there is good WFH options available which have made it easier for me to contribute whilst also maintaining a good work/life balance.
