Pros

You will learn a lot and have good exposure in the Saudi market. The firm has mostly good leadership (especially in the Riyadh office) which take care of you and will learn a lot from. The firm is going in the right direction now with the change in leadership who are trying to steer the firm's culture and thought towards an inclusive meritocracy.

Cons

Some staff are difficult to work with in terms of personality and lack of knowledge. The firm has a tendency to be overtly intellectual sometimes even ignoring clients' requests (for better or worse). There is a unanimous agreement that clients don't know what they're doing and are "stupid" which is in my opinion a bit racist being a European dominated firm.
