To much executive leadership turn over.

Not forthcoming with company plans that directly impact large numbers of employees.

-Constant churn and confusion -Departments never worked well together -Bloated management with layoffs every 4-6 months over a 3 year tenure -Continuous changes in strategy and process with no clear benefit -Leadership is focused on short-term stock gains over maintaining brand equity and long-term sustainability at a comedic level -People who may have done a decent job managing grocery brands have been put in leadership position in ultra-luxury markets -Lots of rumors that CBI will sell-off entire Wine & Spirits portfolio

Lacking job security and many advancement opportunities

Each brand protects own self and doesn’t feel like everyone wants to help
