I worked at Constellation Brands full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Excellent portfolio of brands and some good people within the organization you will meet.

    Cons

Lack of advancement opportunities. It appears that people of color are not promoted into leadership roles but neglected and pushed out of the organization. If you look at the senior leadership team there is not one person of color. Another issue is that the current staff of color consistently complain about mistreat and bias but it’s not addressed. Some of the things managers say to you are unethical and crosses the line professionally and legally. What a waste of time working here! HR doesn’t support you when you need help. Rethink your options!
