      OK for beginners to gain some experience and knowledge.

      Pros

      Flexible for work from home for senior employees. Good learning curve with latest technologies. Flexible for work time. Nothing much.

      Cons

      Small company that never grew. Not attractive infrastructure Micro management Project requirements and timeline not managed properly Never paid for overtime Zero employee satisfaction

      They use latest technologies which is good for beginners

      Cons

      Micro management. No benefits. Lot of overtime(could be working for 14 hours some day) with no extra pay. If you may get sacked anytime.
