The training is excellent and really benefitted from it as it was my first sales job so wanted to get good foundations. The company is changing from being statistics driven to more quality work which means we will be doing more on blogs/market information etc. This means less cold calls and email driven work, we have a chill out area, good meeting room and encouraged to get out of the office and meet people to do business.
