      Pros

      -Bunch of great people when I working there. Made a bunch of long term friends. -Flexible with your outside life -Was able to learn a lot in a small time frame -Location was perfect for after hour drinks

      -Pay wasn't really there -Promised promotions to sit around awaiting for nothing

      Pros

      * Professional motivated team where everyone was really engaged to the product and result * Good workflow - agile, devops, CI, unit tests * Good management * They can do a relocation if you're good

      Cons

      Hard to communicate because team is distributed across the world. No live talks, only skype and emails. For my time zone team meeting was at 5 am on summer time, BUT is's because of remote

      Pros

      I was remote worker with junior level. There are many well-experienced, motivated and hard-working people in the team. Well-made work process with Agile, Continuous Integration, automatic tests and DevOps. I had very good product manager, project manager and techlead that always could give an advise for junior. Very good work culture.

      Cons

      The only only one cons I met that time was using TFS as a source control. I hope today they already moved to Git =)
