Company culture is not great

High turnover for all food service positions, hourly and leadership. I felt that the pay was not where it should be for my position.

No training, no career advancement, virulent racism and discrimination. They ask you to wear dirty uniforms sometimes. They use underage students as bartenders which is illegal.

Large company, so you can sometimes feel like just a number that is replaceable

Travel was extensive and made work life balance hard

lack of mentorship, culture, work life balance can suffer one you get to upper/middle management

Growing fast so most Managers have no people leadership experience.

Huge company, challenge of working across siloes

Close schedule is long/late and not sustainable long term. Salary could be higher
