The people I worked with were great and were the only thing keeping me going each day.
Cons
Owner of the company is by far the worst person I've ever worked for. He is consistently erratic, paranoid and prone to emotional outbursts. Will act on feeling without considering consequences or facts. Change within the company is slow if at all. He doesn't allow anyone to make any meaningful changes without going through him first. Company resources are poured into R&D of the product with nothing left for sales or marketing. Loyalty and long service account for nothing and you will be discarded without a thought.
