Leadership is inconsistent and political — success depends more on who you align with than the quality of your work. Certain seniors pass blame onto others. on top of that, You often get conflicting orders from different managers Constructive feedback is often withheld until public settings, Employees are embarrassed instead of coached. Decisions are made behind the scenes with little transparency, leaving staff feeling misled or set up to fail. Pay and growth opportunities are below industry standards.
