Pros
IT oriented, growing fast, adaptative company where you can chat with your CEO easily in case of needs. Never bored, a lot of activity and even more nowadays. The management team are close to the employees and so far they kept their word when they promised something to me. There is a lot of evolution and recognition if you do your work correctly. If you have an idea they will listen to you and give you the tools to apply it. You just need to have a good one :). Regarding the salary ifa you deserve it they will notice it and propose something nice to you. Same for promotions. 1 rule only: we have to evolve together. They trust us enough to give the lead on big projects the important is to give the best result and the best feedback thru the Collabtech experience.

So far no troubles there. Since I'm passionate by the work and I like it.
