-Low effort, any experience in game or software development means you breeze through - The job is effectively debugging code for kids and helping them along - Great for college/Uni students or fresh grads that are job hunting and need something that would not interfere with that

Cons

- Hours vary; you're only guaranteed about 2 or so shifts a week - Low pay, slightly over minimum wage - Curriculum is strictly required to be maintained; it does not necessarily allow for much flexibility, even if you know better practices - You don't necessarily learn anything new if you are expecting to gain any technical knowledge from this experience

Deeply enjoyed my time at Code Ninjas, unlike other coding instructor roles I've had I felt the curriculum provided was really solid and provided a good base in fundamental concepts. My manager was incredibly supportive of employees and created a healthy working environment that is pretty rare to find, especially in this kind of job.
