Incredible culture Flexible schedule Opportunity to grow

Cons

Compensation isn't very high. If you aren't use to a fast pace, start up culture ... then you'll feel overwhelmed. You will manage 200+ accounts.

Pros

Clientbook has a leadership team that cares and works to help you grow your career. I've had countless learning opportunities here that are helping me advance in my career much more quickly than I did at other companies.

Cons

Being a small, fast growing company, sometimes processes can be a little ambiguous. Personally, I thrive in that environment, but if you like everything to be structured like at a larger company, we're not quite there yet.

Pros

Great coworkers, lot of fun Car wash perk is really nice

Cons

There has been a lot of turn over. The metrics they are trying to hit are not readily achievable. Consistently the goals for the quarter were not ever finalized until halfway through so you only had 6 weeks to hit the metric instead of the full quarter.
