Pros
Most administrative jobs are easy if you know what you're doing. Scheduling can be flexible. You won't be taking your work home with you. Management is beginning to make some changes. Brad and several of the managers under him actually care.
Cons
Management only values people on the call floor, and only a small percentage of them. You will not be one of those treasured few. They already have their favorites. No one else stands a chance of making even close to what they advertise. All policy and benefit changes being made are, again, to the benefit of the call floor agents. No one else matters much. Management will not hesitate to blame everyone but themselves for failures. Anything stressing your manager out will become your problem to fix. High school lunchrooms have less politics and drama than most departments here. Benefits are horrible and you pay far too much for them. The president, Ron Langford, only cares about money. Everyone is expendable.
