Basically no benefits...Crazy expensive health insurance and with an unbelievable deductible as well. 401k match was taken away. Strict compliance.

Changes in the accounts, move from one account to other so there was changes on shifts and schedules

No 401k marching, high benefits costs, little room for advancement.

No raises on over five years, retaliation against those who speak up, no communication, pizza parties instead of bonuses, loads of work for minimum wage pay, a CEO who is toxic and hangs golf's with his boys who also work there instead of helping his company, predatory against their own collectors, never work here.

Micro managed. Move collectors too often.

Management only cares about lining their own pockets, my position is/was being eliminated and the only reason I knew early enough to not be blindsided is because all employee to employee calls are recorded in addition to the collection calls. Management will lie to your face.
