I’ve had a really positive experience at ClientFocus, from starting as an Account Manager and stepping into a Team Leader role.
I’ve grown a lot here. Not just in my career, but in who I am as a leader and as a person. I’ve built more confidence in my leadership style, become stronger in communication and problem-solving, and learned how to better coach, support, and develop others. It’s been rewarding to help create an environment where people feel supported while still being challenged to grow.
