Management does not seem to understand that Claris is a software company and does not value input from boots-on-the-ground workers and values opinions and systems of unproductive people.

Pros

Company is positioned well and actively pursuing initiatives to continue scaling its market share. Leadership at times van be vague, but there is no question all who work here want the company and product to succeed. PTO and holiday allowance are very generous, and growth opportunities are ever present if you actively engage and request responsibilities.

Cons

There are a handful of teams that seasonally may get burdened with heavier workloads. Understandably, this company is very cyclical and closing a couple of bigger clients may bring with it a good amount more work. Overall, though, I do feel that we are staffed properly for the current and foreseeable season.
