      Decent base salary, considering it's edtech

      They walked back everything they claimed you'd get upon hire, whether officially or in a de facto sense. Comp plan, Fridays off, benefits, you name it. There's just something deeply off about this company. The C-suite is on the one hand pretty ruthless and also pretty low-T. GTM was a hot mess that never got out of its own way; leadership couldn't even get sales rep + lead routing assignment squared away. This is one of those ELTs that brags about "hire slow, fire fast", but it's just to cover their own behinds as Gen X "Predictable Revenue" simps that have no idea what success looks like.
