Pros
There aren't too many to list, the only real "pro" are that you get every other Friday off but, don't fall for it its a trap.
Cons
Lying management, inability to learn from mistakes, high turnover, bad benefits, toxic culture, no care for the BDRs at all. Don't request leave. They will let you go and lie about the reason why. Benefits are awful, and barely work, its as if they chose the cheapest options. None of the family planning benefits work for men at all. They look good on paper but are terrible upon attempted use. This place has exceptionally high turnover and the people behind the scenes are ineffectual especially sales senior leadership. Also the data in the CRMs are terrible, you routinely call dead people. Its ironic that a company that is supposed to solve disparate data issues has some of the nastiest data I've ever seen in a CRM.
