      Pros

      You will definitely learn a lot here. They are big on teaching entry-level positions and pushing them toward manager level.

      Cons

      The pay is not great and doesn't seem to ever match market value.

      Leadership and innovation was embraced regardless of your level. I was able to propose ideas and leadership was receptive. A lot of growth and learning was done here.

      Cons

      Unclear leveling, low salaries, and overall felt stagnant in growth opportunities.
