      -Good pay bump for second job out of college. -Project management experience

      Cons

      -In my proactice, project managers and people managers in my practice were demanding, and often verbally disrespectful and condescending... I had more pleasent experiences with other practices. -No clear path to growth, felt like i was there to do the same job repeatedly -Close to zero office/home office culture -The organization takes care of its tenured team members and middle/upper management
