Pros
Great environment, great people that work here. Good pay in comparison to market. Strong leadership in the London office, senior/managing consultants are very helpful. I’ve learnt excellent skills being here and have grown exponentially because of the degree of independence they allow. Clear progression plan if you perform.
Cons
Constant high pressure. Nature of recruitment being so fast pace is that you can never really celebrate your wins, always onto ‘the next’. Contracted 40 hours a week, however if you want to succeed your expected to work at the very least 2 hours more every day than contracted. Most people aren’t willing to do that so worth knowing clearly before stepping in.
