CST has great management teams. great company culture - support social and environmental causes. respected products and services, most cited antibodies. major player in their space - numerous proprietary antibodies. CST is always looking for ways to improve.

CST has limited opportunities for advancement. constant turnover in key positions - especially sales. slow to keep up with technology.
