They dont provide any facilities
- no overtime
- not even a proper coffee machine
- you have to complete 9 hr daily.. if you do extra hours today than also you have to do 9 hr for next day..
- most of the time you leave office after 12 hrs and you have to come again next day on same time to complete the hours.. no extra money or relaxation.
- worst thing is food.. they charge for your lunch food and then also food quality is so poor.
- limited food is given to you, You can't take more , not even one spoon more.
- when in training, no Saturday off and have to complete 10hr daily.
- after confirmation you can take 2 Saturday off in a month. And forget about the hours coz you have to work for more than 12 hr without any extra money or facilities.
- In this company appraisal take place after completing 1 year from your confirmation period.. but its not true..
- appraisals take place in two face - jan cycle and july cycle, if ur confirmation is done after july (assume like August) then your January cycle will start of next year.. means if your confirmation is done in August 2017 then your first appraisal will take place in july 2019..
