7yWe're sorry to hear that you found no pros to working with Carthage Management Group. Carthage Management Group operates both legally and ethically within the state labor laws of Massachusetts. Merriam-Webster defines a pyramid scheme as “a usually illegal operation in which participants pay to join and profit mainly from payments made by subsequent participants.” Just to clarify for the readers: we have never nor will we ever accept any kind of payment from an employee. We are contracted by our clients to conduct direct marketing for their products or services. In order for someone to grow within our business they do have to show the ability to teach, train and manage a large team, a crucial skill for most management positions, however they do not take any percentage of commissions from any other employee in the company. Also our working hours are 1145-845 M-F with an hour lunch period. We have the office open Saturdays with management available for OPTIONAL training. We understand that Carthage was not the right fit for you, but we ask that you educate yourself prior to making false claims and invalid judgements about our company.
