Toxic place where relationships are treated like terrorist activities. Employees have no importance, you will get no respect No one will appreciate you for your hard work because they say they pay you for the hard work. So don't be a fool to think you will get an appreciation word. If they don't like you , they will tell you to leave the very next day. No job security.

Anual CTC they offer might be slightly higher than what other companies offer but it is not worth the risk. Its almost like making a deal with devil himself. You have to work day and night continues like a dog without the help of anyone. Their training is a joke. as a fresher you dont have clue about what you are doing but you will try finishing your tasks by staying all night and weekend. Then the people think themself as the best in kerala will come and make fun of your code. This one particular guy comes to office just to harass everyone. Almost everyone in his team left the company because of him. Aways nitpick things just to show he is better than everyone. If you come here you will lose all intrest in coding, You might even loose interest in living. From what i heard the hike is not that great either, its just 10-20% year. All the positive revws here is posted by management when a bad review comes, It either get deleted or they will add multiple highly positive reviews. Join only if u don't have any other option even 15k per month offered by anyone else will be better option that this.
