      Too Many Hours, Complete Chaos

      Pros

      Full hands on to use data, launch projects, gain real experience and fix problems. Everything is up for grabs.

      Cons

      60+ hours a week, management structure is not adequate. All rests on your shoulders as a manager. Upper management is non communicative and trickles down into the companies culture.
