Folks are hard working and honest - very much a "family" feel to it. Very flat organization (all doors are always open). VERY customer focused and no one has forgotten how to have fun. Highly competitive salary & benefits

I'd have to dig pretty darn deep to find something I didn't like about Capital Data. Basically no cons.
