Pros

My coworkers were very friendly

Cons

Team morale at an all-time low A lot of layoffs and departures of valued staff Reduction of benefits and perks Raises and promotions are promised but there's no follow through Hard to move up or grow in your position Not many opportunities to learn Becoming increasingly less remote friendly No transparency Cares more about profits than retaining/making customers and employees happy Notice all the 5-star reviews came in on the same day... that's no coincidence

Pros

Most of the senior management is in Nashville - which thankfully I do not live within.

Cons

Sloppy acquisition-focused management structure. Expect newly acquired companies to adapt to the CM way of doing things with no training. It's like they just expect one to know how this mediocre assembly of ESPs try to get things done. Senior Management is heavy, non-transparent and makes decisions in a knee-jerk manner (with cowboy boots on). All of the talented folks in senior and mid-management are leaving. Favoritism from past glory days of old companies is apparent, recognized and has been toxic for morale.
