Pros

What really sets Cambridge apart is the encouraging and caring environment — one that not only helps you grow in your career but also genuinely looks after your well-being. We celebrate employee milestones every month and have various well-being activities to make sure everyone feels appreciated and supported. We also value feedback — we listen to what people have to say and use it to continuously improve how we work and how we support our teams. We operate on the principle of trust, which is why we offer regular employment from Day 1. We believe in empowering our people right from the start and creating an environment where they feel secure, valued, and trusted to do their best work. Another great thing about Cambridge is our approach to career movement — employees are encouraged to explore different roles within the organization based on their interests and aspirations. On top of that, we provide training programs and learning opportunities to help you build your skills and truly pursue your potential at Cambridge.

Cons

A slight consideration to keep in mind—though not exactly a major con—is that while Cambridge offers pay that’s generally at par with the market, it may not be able to compete with some of the higher-paying companies out there. So if your top priority is maximizing compensation, this might not be the best fit. However, if you're looking for a company that offers decent pay along with a healthy, supportive environment that genuinely cares about your growth and well-being, then Cambridge could be a great place for you.
