Interview
Depends on the hiring team, but generally 2 rounds of interviews: 1st with the hiring manager, then 2nd with a panel and higher ups. There are technical questions. For a senior developer role, I was asked about the behavior of certain code snippets to understand the depth of knowledge about the language. I was also asked a lot of technical situational questions to gauge how I would make decisions on technical matters.

Interview
The interview process was technically engaging and the interviewers were professional. However, the post-interview communication and overall candidate experience were disappointing.
After reaching the final stages, I was told to expect the result within a week, but the final decision took more than two weeks to arrive. Candidates were also invited to request feedback. I requested it immediately, but it has still not been provided, despite it now being almost a month since the latest stage of the interview process.
I understand that hiring processes can take time, but communication and follow-through with final-stage candidates should be handled more carefully.

Interview
Interview process took so long. The gaps between the interviews took weeks. For the first interview, there were around 10 situational questions and were asked as if there was an outline already. Next was more conversational.
