I interviewed at Cambridge University Press & Assessment
Interview
The interview process was technically engaging and the interviewers were professional. However, the post-interview communication and overall candidate experience were disappointing.
After reaching the final stages, I was told to expect the result within a week, but the final decision took more than two weeks to arrive. Candidates were also invited to request feedback. I requested it immediately, but it has still not been provided, despite it now being almost a month since the latest stage of the interview process.
I understand that hiring processes can take time, but communication and follow-through with final-stage candidates should be handled more carefully.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cambridge University Press & Assessment (Cambridge, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
There was a phone interview with the hiring manager, that lasted approx 30-40 minutes. It was a relatively pleasant conversation, nothing out of the ordinary. Questions about experience and motivations.
Within a couple of days I got the invitation for a face-to-face interview, with a 'panel' of two people. This took at least an hour, had to prepare a short presentation on a piece of work.

Question 1
Besides usual interview questions, there was a tricky one: Did I regret any of my decisions (study, work) - which one, and why.
