Pros
Great people, genuine caring environment who are trying to progress and move forward. Financially stable. Will look to retain and develop the best people, fresh intake of younger people who bring a new set of ideas. A recent overhaul of senior management has put fresh impetus into business and has led to a more open, transparent culture.
Cons
The IT and Information systems need an update which is underway. Can sometimes take a while to change, is sometimes too cautious.

Only a 30 minute commute for me. Most employees want to do a good job.

Morale is non existent. Poor payrises, poor senior management, no support given when raising issues.

They are market and brand leaders and charge customers accordingly so bonus tends to be reasonable paid annually in arrears.
Cons
Dead man's shoes in terms of career progression with rampant nepotism. Although this may improve with recent senior management clear out on cylinder side.
