      They won't fire you, no mather how incompetent you are

      Cons

      The owner is very unstable. Doesn't respect his own rules, doesn't lead by example. Might also insult people, on purpose or not, he just says whatever comes up his mind without consideration. Also disconnected from his customers, doesn't even want to talk with them.

      location, organisation, chemical odors are part of the job, salary is okay.
