Not all employees are doing their job, some are just killing time. Very slow promotion and salary raise. Management is used to give good words on employees but no promotion and salary raise following up.
Benefits leg behind on par companies. Not value its hard working employees that much.
Great and talented people, especially individual contributors. Good core analog products that still for the most part are industry leaders. Cadence owns RF extraction market place.
Cons
Cadence has lost it's way and corporate vision. It's chaotic and competition is taking market share away from core business units, especially in the digital space. Too many middle level managers create uneccsary red tape and ineffeciency.
