Management lies to clients about metrix resulting in overworked staff, if you WFH don’t even think about calling out for a sick child they expect you to put said child in front of a TV and continue working management have toxic additudes and talk crap about the CSR’s personal lives sometimes out loud and will quickly point blame at the lower level supervisors, Most managers don’t know anything about the project they are in charge of and refuse to listen to suggestions made by their team HR is useless and never does anything they are supposed to in a timely manner company has a revolving door for good reason they reward bad behavior and ignore the ones that actually care

Supervisors have little to no clue what they are talking about I would say they are useless about 85% of the time, you end up knowing more than them after a months work. Training is horrendous, they literally just dive you into things-ready or not-and then criticize you for doing something wrong. Pay is below standard, you could make 16/hr easily doing the same job somewhere else.
